'5 minute Stretch Routine | Cool Down Stretch | Home Workout | Lewis Paris Fitness'

'Stretch with me using this 5 minute stretch routine to help cool down after your workout session.  Get into the habit of stretching after every workout you do, typically spending 15-20min will be optimal and advised but in some cases we just don’t have the time.   This will help slow your heart rate down, reduce the risk of blood pooling and decrease the feeling of DOMS.   The bigger benefit behind this will be the new habit you’ll form for caring for your body plus you’ll increase the opportunity of becoming more flexibility.
